How to Order?

Order Notes

General Orders:

  • Please be aware that the perception of material texture and color can vary between individuals, and differences in color may arise due to photography conditions and computer monitor settings. Kindly consider this when making your purchase.
  • Our costumes are made to order, and production commences upon payment and size confirmation. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
  • If you have specific requests concerning the costume's fabric or color, don't hesitate to contact us at support@abccoser.com.
  • In case the sizes provided in the size chart do not fit, we offer custom-made options. Select "Customize" in the home page, and please email us at support@abccoser.com with the following measurements: Gender, Height, Shoulder Width, Bust, Waist, Hip.

Reserved Costumes:

  • If the costume you desire is not in stock and not listed among our new arrivals, you can still place an order for it. Please inform us at support@abccoser.com.
  • To facilitate the process, provide detailed photos of your desired costume, including front, back, side, and close-up shots.
  • Once you've made your payment, we will initiate costume production.
  • After production, you'll receive photos of the completed costume for your review.
  • Upon your confirmation, we will promptly ship the costume to your specified address.

How to Measure My Size?

How To Measure

It's suggested to have someone else to measure for you. If you have any other special requirements, pls white it in the "Special Instruction" field when you fill in size.

Shoulder Width

It's across the shoulder from right shoulder joint to left shoulder joint instead of in circumference.

Chest Measure

Around chest/bust at fullest point. For females, pls wear a bra when doing this measurement. If you are doing Cross Cosplay, such as you are a male, if you will wear a bra when cosplaying the female character, please wear a bra when measuring the chest.

Waist Measure

Around the smallest part of your waistline, it's also called natural waistline, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hips Measure

Around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm Length Measure

Shoulder point to wrist through your elbow.

Upper Arm Circumference Measured

around the fullest part of your arm. Neck to Crotch Area Measure from the shoulder to the crotch area.

Inseam Measure

The end of the inner thigh to the ankle.

Thigh Circumference Measure

The fullest part of the thigh. Calf Circumference Measure the fullest part of the calf.

Shopping Process

  1. Once you've decided on the items you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button.
  2. From the "Current Cart Contents" page or the "Cart Contents" button at the top right corner of the screen, click "Proceed to Checkout."
  3. Follow the instructions in your cart to provide your "Buyer Information," "Shipping Information," and "Payment Method."
  4. You will receive an email confirming your purchase (it would be great if you could also contact us after making your payment).
  5. Delivery will take 15-20 business days from the receipt of payment to shipping (this can be expedited in urgent cases), with an additional 10-15 business days for shipping.
  6. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
  7. Your items will be delivered! Please share your feedback and thoughts with us.

Returns and Exchanges

If the clothing you receive is the wrong size or defective, you can return it.

  1. Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the item.
  2. Send us pictures of any defects for confirmation.
    • Especially in the case of sizing issues, please send pictures showing the measurements.
    • Please understand that we will not accept items that have been used for purposes other than trying on or have stains or damage.

Important Notes on Returns and Exchanges

The process for returns and exchanges involves several steps and may take some time. We will do our best to process your request, but please understand that we reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges based on our judgment. Additionally, please note that all our products are handcrafted by professional artisans. While we take great care in the crafting process, small imperfections or creases may occur during production or shipping. Your understanding is appreciated.

Unacceptable Reasons for Returns

We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Standard-sized items that fit correctly but are returned due to sizing preference.
  2. Custom-sized items that cannot be worn due to customer reasons.
  3. Items that cannot be worn due to incorrect provided measurements.
  4. Items that look different from what was expected on the website.
  5. Items being returned due to cancellation of original usage plans.

Return shipping costs due to product defects will be covered by us. However, return and exchange shipping costs due to customer reasons are the customer's responsibility.

Payment

You can choose from the following payment methods: Bank Transfer | PayPal | Credit Card | Apple Pay | Google Pay | Discover etc. After completing the bank transfer, it would be great if you could contact us. Once we confirm your payment, a payment confirmation email will be sent. (This may vary based on Shopify purchase methods.)

New Item Reservations

If the clothing you desire is not in stock or among our new arrivals, you can place an order. Ordering Process:

  1. Provide detailed photos of the desired clothing (front, back, side, and close-ups) along with your size.
  2. Confirm the production details and costs.
  3. Make a payment, and production will begin.
  4. Confirm clothing completion with photos.
  5. Clothing will be shipped upon confirmation. Please note that the production period may vary depending on the complexity of the clothing. Your understanding is appreciated.

Privacy Policy

We do not transfer your important personal information (address, name, email address, etc.) to third parties except when required by public authorities such as the court or police. If you have any questions or need clarification, please feel free to contact us at support@abccoser.com, and we will be happy to assist you in adjusting the values of the corresponding parameters.

Return &Refund

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our return policy within 30 days of receipt.

Order Cancellation
All products ordered from us can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge, but orders canceled after that are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. We suggest sending order cancellations via email rather than social private chat, thanks for your cooperation.

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 30 days of receipt)

  • It arrived wrong item/color.
  • It arrived damaged or in defective quality.
  • If we make it in the wrong size.
  • It arrived with missing parts.
  • Packages were get lost in transit after being confirmed with the shipping company.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. 

  • Special sale items(lucky bag), Clearance items(Final Sale), and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.
  • Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
  • Outside of 30 days of receipt.

Below are the detailed instructions on HOW TO PROCESS a return or exchange.

  1. First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email or submit a request here, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.
  2. Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim it for you.
  3. Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items at the seller’s expense through registered mails with the online delivery tracking number.
  4. The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please allow 1-2 inches differes for the obove size chart and allow 1-3 inches differes for the customize size due to manual measurement, thanks ((1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)
  2. Our standard size chart is close to the US Size and its finished costume size. We suggest taking our size chart as a guideline before you choose the size.
  3. If you don't know how to choose the size, we suggest you have someone else help you to take your measurements, and then choose our custom size.
  4. As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images, thanks for your understanding.
